Excellent product, well made. I bought the extra small, and my only suggestion would be an additional 'keep' so if your dog has a small neck, as mine has, that the long loose end can be secured. But would definitely recommend.

Bought this one as a step up from the small one bought previously. Unfortunately our dog’s size fell right on the border of the two sizes and really needed adjusting. Contacted the supplier and discussed the problem, who then kindly shipped shipped a small selection of rivets, which arrived within a couple of days or so which allowed me to shorten and adjust the length - I also have a hole punch and so added a couple more holes for the buckle to locate - which had solved the problem. So all in all a nice product supported by excellent and caring support and service - fully recommend.

Purchased in the hope that it would reduce the problem of matting under the collar. Difficult to judge but I think it has been better than the textile collar he had before. Also don’t catch his hair as much in the buckle compared to a plastic clip. Good quality, accurate sizing.

I’ve ordered 2 of these collars, 1 when my Labrador was a puppy and another as he has grown bigger, the collar is soft, thick and wide enough for it not to dig in and hurt him. Great customer service as I had to reorder a size and I shall definitely be using again.

The product a leather personalised collar was excellent. However the sizes were not clear. I ordered the medium 14 to 17 for my average lurcher. Her neck measures 14 1/2 inches. However your measurements were metric and the collar doesn't fit! So I am looking for a whippet named Gypsy to pass it on to.
