Go for a smaller size if in any doubt.
Neatly made and nice soft leather., possibly too soft, as the collar stretched and had to be shortened.

Great collar for our long haired dog
We have a Tibetan Terrier that has a thick long coat. We researched on line for the best type of collar for him and found that round was better than flat. This collar turned out to be perfect because it does not matt his coat. It looks and feels good, has sturdy buckles and rings and is easy to put on.
